When you join the list

We ask for your email address and permission to send Access Symbols launch news and occasional updates from Access Each Day. We record the consent wording, its version and the dates you sign up and confirm. We send a confirmation link before adding you to marketing updates.

How your information is used

Your email and consent records are stored in our Supabase project in Singapore. Resend processes your address to send the confirmation email, then delivers marketing updates only after you confirm. It also manages unsubscribes and delivery failures. Our verified Resend sending domain uses its Tokyo region, with email open and click tracking turned off. Vercel hosts this website, with its signup functions configured in Singapore. These providers may also process information in other countries through their delivery networks, support and subprocessors.

Visitors around the world

Joining is optional. We use your consent to send marketing, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting earlier processing. Security and opt-out records help protect the service and respect your choices.

Depending on the law where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or receive a portable copy of your data, restrict processing, or object. Email us with your request. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information. This signup service does not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Changing your mind

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to stop updates, request access or correction, or ask about deleting your information. We keep a suppression record after you unsubscribe so you are not accidentally added back. We will consider deletion requests alongside the need to respect your opt-out and retain evidence of consent.

Email hello@accesssymbols.com with the details of your concern so we can investigate and respond. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the relevant privacy regulator in your country, including your local European data protection authority or the UK Information Commissioner.

Security and cookies

The signup page does not use advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts and illustrations are hosted with the site. The signup site does not set cookies. Administration takes place in the separate Access Symbols app, under its own privacy information. The server uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests; the hosting provider may also process technical request logs.

How long we keep it

Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Rate-limit records expire after an hour and old records are cleared during later requests. Expiry of a confirmation link does not automatically delete your signup or consent record. Contact hello@accesssymbols.com to ask about your records or request deletion. We retain opt-out records to prevent unwanted marketing, as explained above.
